The Associate of Applied Science degree prepares the student for entry into an occupation or closely related cluster of occupations. A student may receive credit for military experience, military schools and civilian education.
This program is designed to provide training and formal education for those entering the emergency management field as well as those currently in the field who require additional training and education.
Barton offers two options in military training programs, including Military Schools and Military On-Site Training/MTT.
Barton offers MSF Beginner and Experienced Rider courses. Upon successful completion of the course(s), you will receive a MSF completion card, and beginners will also receive a Kansas waiver form to obtain a motorcycle license.
The Hazardous Materials & Emergency Services Training Institute, (HMESTI) provides business, industry and governmental entities with Environmental, Health and Safety training services.
